Inn Rentals Include:

Indoors:

* 7600 Sq, ft spread out on 3 floors – plenty of space for everyone!

* Large banquet room with seating for up to 40 guests with additional space for 30 more quests.

* Incredible bar/game room with a free pool table, 2-pinball machines, and an electronic dart board; the perfect place to relax and play - (extra $100.00 per rental)

* High speed Internet access & wireless service for your laptop
* Business Center with a computer and printer

Outdoors:

* 3 plus acres of open and shaded space – walking paths, benches, picnic tables, hammock, and horseshoes.

We can accommodate up to 23 overnight guests and up to 70 guests for events.

Room accommodations: 7 bedrooms/suites that can sleep up to 21 guests

1st floor:

* Nautical – King bed, private bath, with an electric fireplace – sleeps 2
* Seasons- King bed, private bath, with sitting area that includes a Twin Sofa bed – sleeps 3
* Audubon – Queen bed with walk in stall shower – sleeps 2

Second floor:

* Garden/Cottage Suite - 1 room with a king bed, private hallway with full bath, a second room with 2 queen beds – sleeps 6

Third floor:

* Phoenix Room - 2 queen beds, private hallway and bath, sitting room with 2 futon beds and a second TV - sleeps 8
* The Serenity Suite - a private romantic cottage which includes: Private Entrance, Whirlpool Tub, King Size Bed, TV, DVD/ CD player, Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee Machine, Wi-Fi Internet access, Cozy Robes, Plush Towels & Bedding - Sleeps 5

All bedroom's provide:
* TV & Music, DVD & CD players, Free DVD selection, Private Bathrooms, Plush Towels, Down Comforters, Hair Dryers, Robes, Wi-Fi Internet Access and King or Queen size beds.

We provide all the comforts of home without the responsibilities.

*As the original structure was a Bank Barn built in the 1850's we regret that we are not yet handicap accessible.

**Please note... The Bar/Game room and the second floor living room and fireplace can be used with a full inn rental and/or the rental of the serenity suite ONLY!
