For the comfort of all our guests, we are a nonsmoking Bed & Breakfast. Comfortable outdoor smoking areas are available.

Advance reservations are always preferred. For a reservation to be confirmed, a deposit for one night stay is required.

We have a 7- Day Cancellation Policy on all room rentals. If you need to cancel within 7 days, you will be charged for your entire reservation stay. We will send you a gift certificate to return another time.

If available we will make every effort to accommodate an early check-in and/or late departure. Check-out is by Noon unless prior arrangements have been made.

**** Full or ½ Inn weekly rentals****

* The inn rental includes use of the Inn, including tables, chairs, bedroom linens, dinnerware and appliances, pots, pans, & etc. in both kitchens. You will need to supply table linens. It does not include any services or staff. You are responsible for set-up and clean-up for your stay. Staff will be available by phone if you have a mechanical need.

* There is a advance payment due along with a signed contract to secure your confirmation.

* Acceptable payment methods for full Inn rentals are, cash, personal check, travelers checks, and money orders.

* The balance is due 30 days prior to check in date. If you should need to cancel your reservation after the advance payment is received, but before 30 days prior to check-in, we will refund your advance payment less a $200.00 fee.

* After final payment is made, 30 days prior to check in, no refunds will be made if you must cancel.

* Security Deposit: A security deposit of $200 is due on or before check in date and is fully refundable within 14 days, provided the house is left in good conditIona and no damage or theft occurs in the home during your stay. You will also be responsible for any additional damage above the $200 security deposit. We will accept cash, checks or credit cards for the security deposit.

* Payment: Acceptable payment methods for full Inn rentals are, cash, personal check, travelers checks, and money orders.

* Guests: We are set up for a maximum of 26 guests. There will be a $15.00 fee per guest, per night for additional guests. More than 5 additional guests must be approved.

* Check-in: 3:00 PM - Please confirm arrival prior to check in to receive building door codes. Please contact us to make arrangements. Check to see if early check in is available.

* Check-out: Check-out time is promptly at 12 noon with a $50 charge per 30 minutes thereafter. The balance of the day can be rented (5 pm) for an additional $250 if available and scheduled 48 hours in advance of the event.

* Parking: No parking or driving on unpaved areas.

* Outside Activities: Due to the nature of the Inn's location, outside music or parties need to be kept at an appropriate noise level for the gathering area, with music cut off time at midnight.

* No Smoking: No Smoking; however designated outdoor areas are available.

* There is a $400.00 special cleaning fee if any smoking occurs inside the inn.

* Pets: No pets, Please.

* Children: Children are welcome.

* What is provided: Linens for 26 overnight guests, starter toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.

* Liability: Canna Inn is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
