At Canna Country Inn it is our goal to make your stay unique and enjoyable. If you have a special request please ask. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
Canna Country Inn is a small property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven)* days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7)* days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation, at which point a gift certificate will be issued for you to return within a year from your reservation.
If no cancellation is made and you don't check in we will process your credit card for the amount up to 2 nights.
* 14 day notice required for some holiday and special event bookings.
* Acceptable payment methods are, cash, personal check, travelers checks, money orders, Visa or MasterCard.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
* Check-in: From 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM - If arriving outside of check-in times, whether early or later, please call to make arrangements.
* Check-out: 12:00 Noon or later upon request.
* No Smoking; however designated outdoor areas are available.
* No Pets: We are unable to accommodate pets at the Inn.
* There is an additional clean up fee for smoking in the Inn. Please use outside, designated smoking areas only.
* Children are welcome.
**** Full Inn rentals ****
* The inn rental includes: use of the Inn, including tables, chairs, bedroom linens, dinnerware and
appliances, pots, pans etc. in both kitchens. You will need to supply table linens. It does not include any services or staff. You are responsible for set-up and clean-up for your stay. Staff will be available by phone if you should have a mechanical need.
* There is a advance payment due along with a signed contract to secure your confirmation.
* Acceptable payment for full Inn rentals are, cash, personal check, travelers checks, money orders.
* The balance is due: 30 days prior to check in date.
* Cancellations: If you should need to cancel your reservation of 3 days or less, after the advance payment is received, but before 30 days prior to check-in, we will refund your advance payment less a $200.00 fee.
* For reservations of 4 days or more, or any reservation that includes a holiday, if cancellation is 90 days or less, 50% of collected rent will be forfeited.
* After final payment is made, 30 days prior to check in, no refunds will be made for any reservations if you must cancel.
* A security deposit of $200 is due on or before check in date and is fully refundable within 14 days provided the house is left in good condition and no damage or theft occurs in the home during your stay. You will also be responsible for any additional damage above the $200 security deposit. We will accept cash, checks or credit cards for the security deposit.
* Acceptable payment: For full Inn rentals are cash, personal check, traveler's checks, and money orders.
* Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
* Guests: We are set up for maximum Guests of 26. There will be a $15.00 per guest per night for additional guests. More than 5 additional guests must be approved.
* Check-in: 3:00 PM please confirm arrival prior to check in to receive building door codes. Please contact to make arrangements.
* Check-out: 12:00 noon Check out time is promptly 12 noon. With a $50 charge per 30 minutes there after.
* Liability: Canna Inn is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
* No Smoking; however designated outdoor areas are available.
* There is a $400.00 special cleaning fee if any smoking occurs inside the inn.
* No pets with full Inn rentals.
* Children are welcome.
